My legs were quite sore from the race on Sunday and I decided to take Monday off. I tend to be conservatice when it comes to aches and pains and avoid running if I am am even a little suspicious of injury. Tuesday I was on the fence but Heather was going out for an easy 6 on forbidden drive so I joined her.
Things felt OK once I was moving and I think a few easy miles helped loosen things up. We streteched at the turn around and headed back at a somewhat brisker pace but still well within easy range. A little under 6 miles in 48 minutes.
