Can't Outrun a Cold

After wrapping up 5 easy miles in 39 minutes on Tuesday night I was feeling so good that I thought I had beat the head cold that had been building all day. The cold had other ideas on Wednesday morning and it knocked me on my ass. So no run Wednesday and there won't be a run today. Looks like it will be an unplanned down week. It seems I lose a good part of one week every winter due to a cold.
