Easy run on a beautifully warm morning. I was out in shorts and shortsleeves at 6:00 am, I can't wait until this is a regular occurrence. I listened to a the new Ida Maria album and just strolled around the neighborhood. 4.7 miles in 40 minutes. Legs were tired but felt better as the run progressed.
