Yesterday was 8 miles with the "Thursday Nighters" through Fairmount park. Finished in 67 minutes for a very easy run on a cooler and less humid night than we have had lately. It still isn't as near as cool as I'd like it but relative to Monday and Tuesday night it was beautiful.

Jenn was back out after her month long excursion in Central America to learn Spanish. Tim was back after his winter/spring long absence from Thursday night runs. A large crowd made the time pass quickly and the run much more enjoyable than my legs initially told me it was going to be. It's always nice to end a run feeling much better than you do at the beginning.
